How to Apply for Dental Treatment with WINZ

To qualify for dental support through WINZ, you must be 16 years or older, hold New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency, normally live in New Zealand (or intend to stay), and have an essential need for treatment. WINZ will also consider your household income and assets when reviewing your application. The first step is to contact our clinic and let us know that you are applying through WINZ. We’ll prepare a treatment quote and complete the required Emergency Dental Treatment Information form to support your application.
